18.   Recreation Department

The RREVDR Recreation Department has many programs and activities designed within the focus of sustainable living that preserves and improves the physical, social and economic health of people of all ages and abilities.  As a destination resort, the integration in the quality of green living and green recreation, RREVDF provides many different  types of opportunities to enhance lives by meeting new friends, new neighbors, new visitors, new sustainable living experts, exploring the permaculture arts and learning so many different aspects of sustainable green community services in a fun ecotourism destination resort.  Visitors can also see a very unique residential green community integrated with a Coalition of  22 Green Anchor Businesses that work together in ecological, economic and social sustainability.

The Recreation Department integrates, networks and cross-promotes with many of the green services of the 22 Anchor businesses.  RREVDR's unique integration of sustainable community living with green recreation programs in a destination resort has many expansive Mind, Body,  and Spirit benefits including the non-chlorine Pools, Jacuzzi & Spa with high-pressure hydro massage, Fitness Rec Room and Fitness Programs, Tennis Courts, Hiking, Garden Walkways, Resort Tours, Horseback Riding, Youth Riding Camps, Carriage and Buggy Rentals, Mountain Biking, Cyclo-Touring, Rogue River Sports activities including Kayaking, Rafting, Canoeing Fishing, Swimming, White Water River Rafting, Lower Table Rock Sacred Tours, Panning for Gold (the green way), Swimming Holes, Rope Swings, River Jump Off Points and Kidsville which has over 30 kids activities.  

 

All of the 22 Anchor Businesses are cross-promoted and are integrated in many different types of destination resort packages.  The Recreation De- partment also has many different types of Recreation Activities and Pro- grams that are co-created, integrated and scheduled with Kidsville, Amphitheater, the Learning Center, Community Center ClubhouseEquine Center, Petting Zoo and Indigenous Indian Village.  There are so many different resort packages available that combine different types of recreation activities and programs. Visitors, residents, guests, clients can choose from many diverse selections of activities, programs, events, performances depending on their preferences, schedule, family and group interests. 

Opportunities are available to work with Federal & State agencies to diversify and expand the Rogue River Recreational Tourism subsidy programs that can include expanding neighboring parcels that border the destination  resort with river front access that are owned by Oregon State Parks, Oregon State Fish & Wildlife & Jackson County.  

 

All 3 of these agencies want to participate in recreational programs to expand Rogue River access through the Rogue River Recreational Use Management Plan for recreational tourism in boating, kayaking, rafting, fishing, swimming, mountain bike riding and hiking.  These programs can create trails, roads and campground access with land stewardship maintenance programs. These opportunities will create expanding strategic partnerships with these agencies that can include revenue sharing.

The Coalition of 23 Green Anchor Businesses is formed as an integral part of the RREVDR business plan and eco-village destination resort management services.   Their expertise, dedication, experience, resources and management in their respective eco-resort green business service adds value to the RREVDR intellectual property and greatly expands RREVDR branding in ecotourism and geotourism internationally.

 

The Coalition of 23 Green Anchor Businesses is a major part of the RREVDR marketing campaigns where ecotourism agencies worldwide will book various types of RREVDR destination retreat packages.  Each of the 23 Green Businesses are networked into ecological, social and economic sustainability while working together in marketing and cross-promotions campaigns internationally.   All 23 Green Anchor Business are integrated into equity partnerships with exclusive international RREVDR branding rights tied to proprietary services and products, intellectual property, options for participating in research and development contracts, sales and licensing agreements, merchandising and revenue sharing that includes destination resort tours, entrance fees, various eco-resort and green recreational ecotourism programs and packages.  

Each Green Business will purchase land parcels for their anchor business and will fund and build their own separate business infrastructure developments, construction, employee base and have their own separate business identity and proprietary equipment.   They will be able to use the applicable RREVDR green electricity, water, sewage, waste management and all the destination resort services listed in the RREVDR Green Anchor Business Agreement.   

 

Each of the 23 Green Businesses listed below will be part of the RREVDR international brand messaging, cross-promotions, brand packaging and will share in the resort revenue profits.  All 23 Green Businesses will participate and make available their respective business service in RREVDR green eco-resort tours for public, schools, strategic partners, tour groups, media, celebrities and research programs worldwide.
